purple people eater - 2 shots vodka, 1 shot blue curacao, cranberry and raspberry juice. shake, serve in a tall glass with ice.

black widow - 1 shot creme de cassis, 1 1/2 shots vodka, 1/2 shot triple sec, squeeze of lemon, pomegranate juice. shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

bloody mary - 2 shots prosecco, 1/2 shot campari, 2 shots blood orange juice. shake over ice and pour into a champagne flute. layer 1 shot of blavod black vodka on top and serve immediately.

brain hemorrhage shot - 1 part peach schnapps, 1 part baileys, 2 drops grenadine. layer the peach schnapps and the baileys in a shot glass, then drop in the grenadine.

blue lagoon - fill a tall glass with ice and pour in 1 shot blue curacao, 1 shot of vodka, and top up with lemonade. super easy!

captain hook’s mai tai - 1 shot captain morgan’s spiced rum, 3/4 shot of amaretto, pineapple juice, squeeze of lime, dash of grenadine. shake over ice and pour into a tall glass with more ice. add a float of dark rum and top with a wedge of pineapple.

glass slipper - fill a martini glass with cold water and ice to chill the glass while you mix the cocktail. next, mix 2 shots of gin with 1 shot of blue curacao and shake over ice. empty out the martini glass and strain the drink into it. simple!

mad hatter - 1 shot vodka, 1 shot midori, 1 part sweet and sour mix. serve over ice and top with a whipped cream “hat”. 

mickey mouse (non alcoholic) - fill a glass 3/4 of the way with coke, then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. lastly top this with a little whipped cream and 2 cocktail cherries to look like mickey’s ears.

peter pan green gator cocktail - 1 1/2 shots midori, 1/2 shot malibu, pineapple juice. shake over ice and serve in a tall glass with ice and a slice of pineapple. 

peter pan - 1 shot gin, 1 shot peach brandy or schnapps, 1 shot dry vermouth, orange juice. shake over ice until a slight frostiness forms then strain into a cocktail glass. 

cardinal punch - 4 parts cranberry juice, 2 parts orange juice, 1 part lemon juice, top up with ginger ale. serve with plenty of ice and fruit.

cinderella - equal parts pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice. shake over ice then strain into a tall glass full of ice, top with soda water and add a dash of grenadine. garnish with a slice of pineapple.

designated driver - equal parts cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. shake over ice and serve in a tall glass with ice.

grecian - blend together 4 parts peach juice, 2 parts orange juice, 1 part lemon juice and a scoop of crushed ice. pour into a glass and top with a dash of soda water and some fresh fruit.

innocent passion - passionfruit juice, dash of cranberry juice, squeeze of lemon juice, top with soda water. serve in a tall glass with ice.

orangeade - 3 parts orange juice, generous squeeze of lemon juice, dash of sugar syrup. stir well then top with soda water and ice.

pink lemonade (super easy and tasty!) - shake together 2 scoops of crushed ice, the juice of a lemon and 2 teaspoons of sugar. pour into a glass and top with water (or soda water for fizzy pink lemonade), then stir in a tablespoon of sirop de framboise.

princess margaret (i presume she drinks these!) - blend together 5 or 6 strawberries, a slice of pineapple, the juices of half a lemon and half an orange, a couple of dashes of sirop de framboise and a scoop of crushed ice. serve with a strawberry on top.

after 8 - 1 shot tia maria, 1 shot creme de menthe, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. blend together with crushed ice and serve in a wine glass. garnish with a mint leaf and/or some grated chocolate.

banana boat - 1 shot bacardi, 1 shot creme de banane, 1/2 shot white creme de cacao, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. blend together with some crushed ice and serve in a hurricane glass or a large wine glass. garnish with a slice of banana.

chocolate monkey - 1 shot dark creme de cacao, 1 shot creme de banane, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 1 banana. blend with crushed ice and serve in a tall glass.

chocolate chip cookie - 1 shot bacardi, 1 1/2 shots dark creme de cacao, 4 choc chip cookies, 2 - 3 scoops vanilla ice cream. blend with a little crushed ice and serve in a wine glass.

everything’s peachy - 2 shots peach schnapps, 1 shot amaretto, squeeze of lemon juice, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1 peach. blend with crushed ice and serve in a hurricane glass or a large wine glass. garnish with a slice of peach if you’re feeling flashy!

malibu milkshake - 2 shots malibu, 2 scoops ice cream, drop of vanilla essence, splash of milk. blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass.

naughty coke float - pour 2 shots of vodka into a tall glass, top with coke and then add a dessert spoon of ice cream on top. very retro!

raspberry tart - 2 shots chambord or other raspberry liqueur, 1 squeeze of lime juice, 8 raspberries, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. blend with crushed ice and serve in a tall glass. top with a raspberry.

strawberry shortcake - 1 shot amaretto, 1 shot white creme de cacao, 1 shot strawberry syrup, approx 12 strawberries, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. blend with a little crushed ice, serve in a large wine glass and then float a little whipped cream on top. garnish with a strawberry.

toasted almond - 1 shot vodka, 1 shot amaretto, 1/2 shot tia maria, 2 shots of cream, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. blend with a little crushed ice until smooth, serve in a wine glass or a martini glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

singapore sling - 1 shot cherry brandy, 1 shot gin, 1/2 shot grenadine, lemon juice, soda. shake over ice and strain into a tall glass. garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

cherry martini - 1 shot cherry vodka, 1 shot cherry brandy or cherry schnapps, top with a splash of lemonade or 7up. garnish with a maraschino cherry. 

cherry fizz (the best cocktail in las iguanas) - 1 shot cherry brandy, 1 shot gin, splash of elderflower cordial, dash of cranberry juice, lemon juice and lemonade. serve over ice.

cherry champagne - very easy, just fill a champagne flute with a decent champagne and drop in 1/2 a shot of cherry brandy. garnish with a maraschino cherry. note: if you add cranberry juice this becomes a red mist.

sand dance - 1 shot blended whiskey, 1 shot cherry brandy, top with cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime. serve over ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry. 

dusty rose - 1 1/2 shots cherry brandy, 1 shot white creme de cacao, 2 measures of double cream. blend with a little ice and top with a cherry.

cherry chocolate freeze (good as a dessert!) - 1 shot cherry brandy, 1 shot dark creme de cacao, 1/2 shot chocolate syrup, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. blend with half a glass of crushed ice and serve in a wine glass with a cherry and a sprinkle of chocolate powder or grated chocolate.

cherry cola - super easy, just fill a glass with ice and coke, then add 1 - 2 shots of cherry brandy! 

maliburst - 2 shots malibu, 1 shot blackcurrant cordial, cranberry juice. serve with ice and fresh lime.

maliblush - 2 shots malibu, pink grapefruit juice, orange juice. serve with ice.

malibellini - 1 shot malibu, 100ml sparkling rose. serve in a champagne glass with raspberry.

malibu cosmo - 1 1/2 shots malibu, 1 shot vodka, cranberry juice, 1/2 shot lime cordial. shake with ice and serve in a martini glass with a twist of lemon.

malibu mojito - 1 shot malibu, 1 shot havana club white rum, lime wedges, fresh mint leaves, lemonade or soda water. squeeze the lime and drop into a tall glass, then add the mint leaves. muddle these ingredients together. add the malibu and white rum, fill the glass with ice and top up with lemonade or soda water. 

malibu bay breeze - 2 shots malibu, cranberry juice, pineapple juice. mix and serve with ice.

malibu punch - 1/2 shot blue curacao, 1/2 shot creme de banane, 1 shot malibu, pineapple juice, lime juice. shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

malibu sunrise - 2 shots malibu, orange juice, grenadine. mix the malibu and orange juice, then add grenadine by tilting the glass and pouring the grenadine down the side so that it sinks to the bottom and slowly rises to the top.  

blue balls - 1 part peppermint schnapps, 1 part blue curacao. shake with ice and strain into a chilled shot glass.

cum shot - 1 part peppermint schnapps, dash of cream. layer in a shot glass.
